Warranty

Our Warranty and How We Work

24 months, 24,000 miles, and no surprises on the invoice.

A warranty is a shop telling you it stands behind its work. Ours didn't change when the business changed hands, and neither did the work that was already covered under it.

The Warranty

What's Covered

24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Parts and labor on the work we perform.

Lifetime warranty on brake pads and shoes.

For as long as you own the vehicle.

Work done under previous ownership is still honored.

If the shop repaired your vehicle before the sale and it's inside the warranty window, that coverage carried over. The change in ownership doesn't reset your warranty.

What to Expect

How a Repair Actually Goes

  1. 01

    Drop off.

Tell us what's going on. You don't need the right terminology, just tell us what it's doing and when.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis.

We figure out what's actually causing the problem rather than guessing at parts.

  3. 03

    The call.

You hear from us with what we found, what it takes to fix, and what it costs. Nothing gets repaired until you say go.

  4. 04

    The work.

If we discover something mid-repair that changes the price, you get another call before we proceed. Not a surprise at pickup.

  5. 05

    Pickup.

You get an invoice that matches what we told you and an explanation of what was done.
