Plenty of shops guess, replace a part, and see if the problem goes away. That gets expensive fast, and it's usually the customer paying for the guessing. Here's how it works here instead.

We diagnose before we quote.
Whatever brought you in, we start by finding the cause. That means pulling codes when there are codes, but it also means driving it, listening to it, and putting hands on it. A code tells us where to look. It doesn't tell us what's broken.

We tell you what we found and what it costs.
You get a clear explanation of what's wrong, what it takes to fix, and what the number is. No work happens until you say go. If we find something that changes the price, you hear about it before we do it, not after.

We separate the urgent from the eventual.
Most vehicles have more than one thing going on. We'll tell you what needs fixing now, what can wait a few months, and what to keep an eye on. That's your money and your call.

Parts and labor on the work we do, whichever comes first. Brake pads and shoes carry a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. And if the shop did work on your car under previous ownership, that's still covered here.
